Q.1 What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made from a premium Coconut and Soy Wax blend with 100% cotton wicks. They are toxin-free, vegan, and American-made.
Q.2 How long do your candles burn?
All Glowza Candles burn for up to 50 hours when used according to care instructions. Actual burn time may vary depending on the environment and candle care.
Q.3 What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer our candles in a 7.5-oz size.
Q.4 Are your candles safe to use indoors?
Yes. Our candles are made with toxin-free, clean-burning Coconut and Soy Wax, making them safe for indoor use. Always follow basic candle safety guidelines — never leave a burning candle unattended.
Q.5 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. Orders below $100 have a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
Q.6 How long does delivery take?
All orders are delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase. This includes 1–2 business days for processing and 4–6 business days for shipping.
Q.7 Do you ship internationally?

Q.8 What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, unburned, in original condition, and in original packaging. Contact us at support@glowzacandles.com to start a return.

Yes. The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
