We stand behind our products and want you to love every Glowza Candle. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-order products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (this does not apply to our standard candle products)
- Used or burned candles, unless defective

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at support@glowzacandles.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification. The same eligibility conditions apply: the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
