Shipping policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, our team will prepare your candles with care.
SHIPPING COST
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. Orders below $100 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
All orders are delivered within 5–8 business days from the date your order is placed, and payment is confirmed. This timeframe includes both order processing and shipping.
Processing: 1–2 business days
Shipping: 4–6 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday only, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Please note: All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States via USPS / UPS / FedEx. International shipping is not currently available. For international inquiries, please contact us at support@glowzacandles.com.
ORDER ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 5 business days at support@glowzacandles.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
